從每一個你試圖理解的情況中後退幾步。從你迷失的細節中脫離。隨著你撤出，把細節一個接一個地放到一邊，你會觸及更多可以理解的。你會注意到你看到和認為是完整的只是畫面的一個片段。在完整的無限中，通過與它融合來體驗；無論你想要明白什麼。無論何時你看到黑暗或者迷霧，告訴它：成為光！看著光之道路在你之內升起。謹記，總是有著一條路。跟隨提供給你的指引，隨著你看到自然的周期，新月逐漸成長，光的上升；按部就班地拾取它。無論嘴巴上說什麼，無論你希望什麼，種子已經種下，繼續用光滋養牠，知曉一切都被包裹在安全中。繼續自信地前進。

Take a few steps backfrom every situation you are trying to understand. Get away fromthe details you get lost in. As you withdraw, leave details asideone by one, you will reach what is more understandable. You willnotice that what you saw and thought was wholeness was only afragment of the picture. In the infinity of wholeness, experienceby merging with it; whatever you want to understand. Whatevermoments of darkness you see, or fog, tell it: BE Light! And watchthe path of the light rising within you. And remember, there isalways a way. Follow the guidance offered to you, as you watch thecycle of nature, the gradual growth of the New Moon, The Rising ofthe Light; proceed in steps you take with it. Whatever came tomouth, whatever you wish, and the seed has been sown, continue tonurture it with Light, knowing that everything is wrapped insafety. Move on with confidence.
