【巴夏】20180707《你不需要“肩負”太多》

問:我的肩膀,有很多毛病

I have been having a lot of problems of my shoulder


有人給我做了療愈,她說:是因為能量層面的原因,導致了這些問題

And someone did a healing thing on me, and she was saying that there is an energetic reason for the problem.




巴夏:肯定有能量層面的原因,當然,有時候,也有生理層面的原因

There are always is and there is also sometimes physiological ones


但這並不能否認生理上的病變,通常是先從能量層面 以某種形式開始的

But that doesn't negate the idea that it usually starts in some way shape or form energetically


你的肩膀,是不是負重太多呢?

Are you carrying too much on your shoulders?


你在生活中,是不是承擔了太多的擔子呢?

Are you shouldering too much in life?



問:這很有可能!我是那種,總是在一個時間,同時做好幾件不同事情的人。

It's very possible! I'm one of those people that always, always doing too many different things at one time.

這也導致了你焦慮 與 局促不安

and there comes your anxiety as well, your anciness


你認為,你的時間不夠用

You think you don't have enough time


問:對的!    Yeah


巴夏:但你的時間足夠用,你擁有完美的時間量!

But you do. You have the perfect amount of time.


“在你的最高興奮上付諸行動”,它也是你人生的“組織管理原則”

When you're acting on your highest excitement, It is also the organizing principle of your life.


如果你持續不斷地 在讓你興奮的事情上 付諸行動

And if you keep acting on the thing that excites you the most to the best of your ability


盡你最大能力 不斷地精進,直到你無法更進一步

Taking it as far as you can until you can take it no further


然後,在下一個讓你興奮的事情上 付諸行動

And then act on the next most exciting thing

完後,接著下一個、下一個、下一個……

And the next and the next and the next.


不論它們是以什麼樣的順序呈現在你面前,你只需要依著同步性,一件件地做

In whatever order they present themselves to you synchronistically


在一天結束時,任何沒做完的事情

Whatever doesn't get done at the end of the day


都是不需要做完的事情!

Didn't need to be done!

巴夏:你真的需要更加信任 你人生的展開方式

You really need to have more trust in the way your life unfolds


你不能活得 像是你錯過什麼東西,像似你做得不夠多似的……

You cannot go through life feeling like you're missing something, like you're not doing enough.


否則,不安與焦慮,將是你人生的“主旋律”

Otherwise anxiety and anciness will be what you experience your life to be


不再“肩負”這麼多東西;不再讓肩膀“扛”這麼多的重量

Stop trying to shoulder so much! Stop putting so much weight on it!


你就“輕鬆”了
And you relax


當然,你可以通過活動身體(鍛煉、按摩、瑜伽等),來改善你的肩膀狀況

Now you can certainly take advantage of body work is to help you with this

但你的能量,也需要改變
