When you allow yourself to move into openness tonew possibilities, the universe has a myriad of new ways to show upfor you. It is you,through your openness, your acceptance, and your allowing, thatmakes this possible.

When you are alwaysfocused on the same routine, or what is unwanted, it is extremelydifficult to create new circumstances for yourself. This is whyfalling into what you call a rut will eventually become veryuncomfortable – your soul is always looking forways to expand and experience, and when things become toouncomfortable, you will open yourself up to change. Again, you donot need to experience discomfort to facilitate change. You canwillingly cooperate with the universe through your acceptance andallowing, surrender and flow.
