You and earth are changing – not because of isolatedspiritual meditations, but because those meditations, emotions andthoughts are part of your computer world.

Follow your joywherever that joy takes you and you will be a Lightworker. Dummydown in whatever manner and you will be of 3D or stagnant in yourLightworker quest.
