Dear Ones, you do not need 100% compliance with spiritual practices to make a difference in your life. Far from it! Evolution comes from small, continual shifts and adjustments that when added up over time accumulate into bigger, profound change. So be easy with yourselves! Your awareness and intention to shift are all that are required to get you moving in the right direction.
