It is normal to experience tension or anxiety in your body when you go through accelerated changes. And whether you are aware of it or not, you are going through accelerated change at this time.
Part of it is natural instinct. When you become aware of a large shift of energy coming your way your response can be fight or flight. This moves you into heightened awareness until you can discern what it is you are sensing.

It can be because you are about to experience something that triggers cell memory of another life expression where something similar occurred and didn’t work out well for you. If that is the case, please rest assured there is no need to have that experience again. In fact, you came into the body to have the opposite of that experience, so there is no need to fear.

Tension in your body can also be excitement. You are poised and ready to move! Your body knows the change you have been waiting for is on its way and you can’t wait to hurry up and have the experience you’ve been waiting on for so long. You might think of this as the moments before the starter’s pistol indicates it’s time to run the race.

Whatever the cause of what you are feeling in your body, please know it is not a failure or deficit on your part. There is always a part of you that can soothe and reassure yourself and honour the purpose of what you are feeling. Stay focused on your truest goals and trust the process.
