You are living in a time of a great influx of energetic change. This provides you with an opportunity to incorporate spiritual practices into your daily life that will allow you to rise naturally to higher dimensional levels on your ascension path.


有時候你可能會把某些修行當作一個情況的臨時解決方案。你練習它們直到你實現渴望的結果,然後你拋棄它們,因為它們不是你這樣的人會去做的事情。

At times you may have considered certain practices to be a temporary solution to a situation. You practiced them until you achieved the desired results, and then you abandoned them because they didn’t feel like you.

At other times, you may have resonated with certain practices and decided that you would like them to become a permanent part of your daily routine. They felt like you, and you looked forward to practicing them. These are the ones that have helped you rise naturally to a higher vibration as part of your ascension path.

The crucial difference is that you selected practices that felt like you, and you looked forward to having them as part of your daily life. There was no stress or strain. After a time of practicing them, they became part of your regular routine. They were as normal as brushing your teeth or combing your hair. You couldn’t imagine life without them. They became part of who you are.

When spiritual routines reach this level, they are the practices that allow your vibration to rise automatically to a higher dimensional frequency. You gently flow with them on your ascension path. The key is to select practices that you enjoy and look forward to.

As you view these practices from a multidimensional perspective, they take on an increased importance.

Keeping your thoughts positive is one of the first things you may consider. A positive thought carries a higher frequency than a less positive one. When your thoughts are positive, you tend to attract higher frequency situations. Like attracts like.

As simple as this may sound, a daily monitoring of your thoughts can help you to set a positive vibrational pattern. When you find yourself having a thought that is less than positive, gently replace it with a more positive one. You do not need to beat yourself up. Simply change the thought, and go on with your daily activities. After a certain period of time, this practice will become automatic. Being gentle with yourself during this process is a key to helping you keep your vibration high.

From a multidimensional perspective, thoughts are the way of communication in the higher dimensions. When your thoughts are positive, you radiate the beautiful Light that you carry.

A variety of personal practices can enhance your vibration and keep it high when you select those you enjoy.

Reading positive books and listening to soothing music are two examples. If a certain type of music puts you in a relaxed state, your vibration automatically rises to a higher level. Additional practices such as yoga, tai chi, or meditation can extend this relaxation. You do not have to strain to achieve this. It is a gentle shifting of your vibration when you do things you enjoy.

Having your surroundings peaceful and harmonious is another aspect. Surrounding yourself with your favorite books, crystals, or other sacred objects can set the stage for a peaceful feeling and raising your vibration.

Placing yourself in a state of asking for highest good also helps raise your vibration, and it puts you in alignment with the Higher Beings of Light.

Any of these practices, along with others that resonate with you, allow you to rise to a higher vibration naturally. They become part of your Being, and you gently rise to a higher dimensional level.
